According to Davis, St. Clair struck first. Davis retaliated by pulling the elastic waistband of St. Clair’s underwear over his head and around his neck — a maneuver that caused fatal asphyxiation.
Medical examiners confirmed the cause of death as “asphyxiation caused by the elastic band of the underwear, combined with head injuries.”

9. An 86‑Year‑Old Man Dies an Hour Before His Scheduled Threesome

10. Canadian Tourist Killed by a Whale in Cabo San Lucas

A 45‑year‑old Canadian woman died during a whale‑watching excursion near Cabo San Lucas, Mexico.
As her boat returned to port, a gray whale suddenly breached and crashed directly onto the vessel, throwing her into the water and causing severe injuries.
She was rushed to the hospital but died shortly afterward. Two other passengers were injured.
Mexican authorities confirmed the whale had leapt unexpectedly as the boat passed nearby.
